How a consultation works

A first conversation is simple and has no obligation. These are the usual steps.

1. You send Benjamin a WhatsApp message about the topic you have in mind. You do not need to share personal or medical details.
2. Benjamin asks a few plain questions, such as who the arrangement is for, which religious or family customs matter, and how easily relatives can visit.
3. He explains the options that suit your situation, and will share current options and prices from the operator.
4. If you wish, he arranges a visit to the venue so the family can see the place in person.
5. You take the time you need to discuss with your family. For will planning, complex matters are referred to a lawyer.
